“Then, what are those killing tips, Mahar! I want them RIGHT NOW.”

RIGHT NOW!

Here you GO, baby.

The tips to write a mind-blowing academic article for publication are:

Keyword research:

Research your topic or keyword on Google. Evaluate its worth online. Use free keyword research tools for that. For example, Ubersuggest by Neil Patel. This would help you find the search volume and SEO difficulty (well, this represents how many of other articles are gonna compete with yours). If the search volume is good enough like 1000 or more for a country, and SEO difficult score is less than 40, go and write an academic article about it.

Ssshhhh. The upcmoing tip is also GOOD. What tip?

Bonus tip:

If you see less than 500 or 1000 search volume for a keyword/seach query related to a country, don’t leave it. No tool is perfect. NOT even our keyword research tools.

But if you already have a keyword provided by your senior colleague or teacher, you don’t need this first tip for academic article writing.

Searching for relevant resources:

You should gather info about your article as much as possible online. Try different search queries for your outline segments. Yeah, first of all, create an outline. A rough one. You could edit this later whil writing your article. When you write your academic article, you can edit these outline segments OR increase or decrease them.

Writing. Writing. And Writing:

When you have your keyword, outline, and enough info to back up your point/thesis statement, you should start writing your first draft. Yup, write BUT without editing. Editing must be the next step for you. NO CHEATING, WRITER. You should write at least three to five body paras for your academic article. And, don’t forget to place the last part, conclusion, in your article. In your conclusion, along with summing up your article, you can add a CTA for your reader too. Like for an online publication, you can say, “Follow the blog to know more about xyz.”. And for an offline publication, you could say, “If you feel the same for abc, do share your contribution as a responsible citizen of England.”.

Editing:

Edit your work as much as possible to remove all types of mistakes from your document. After this, you should proofread your work to remove minor mistakes from your work or academic article. That’s it. You’d make your mark with these tips.

Peer review:

When you prepared your academic article for publication, give its copies to your fellows online or offline to have some peer review. This might be your fellows could guide you where you committed errors and didn’t remove them while you’re editing. You should always make your peers see your work and get their reliable feedback for improvement before submitting your final work for publication.
